2026 Innovation Grant Application

To support and enhance educational excellence in the Andover Regional School District, the Andover Regional Education Foundation (AREF) is pleased to announce that it is accepting proposals for Innovation Grants to fund new and inventive projects in the Andover Regional School District.

This program is designed to provide staff members with the opportunity to design, plan, implement and evaluate activities to:

Facilitate Student Development
Encourage Excellence through Creative Learning
Promote Community/School Partnerships

Grant Application Guidelines

Grant Amount: Applications may request up to a maximum of $500.

Submission Deadline: Please refer to the application form for the specific due date.

Review Process:

Submitted applications will be evaluated by the Foundation Grant Review Committee.
Each proposal will receive one of the following responses:
- Recommended for funding (forwarded to the Board of Trustees for approval)
- Returned with suggestions for improvement and resubmission
- Declined

Approval and Funding:

Upon Board of Trustees approval, funds will be disbursed to the grant recipients.
There is no fixed number of grants or total funding allocation; proposals are evaluated solely on their merits.

Project Categories:
Applicants must select a project category that aligns with their proposal. Categories include:

Instructional Materials
Professional Development
Technology
Other: Innovative proposals outside of the listed categories are encouraged if they benefit students.
